Installation

Go to Chat widget > Installation to turn the chat on and check it's live.

Shopify stores#

Use the theme editor. No code needed.

   Select Open theme editor

   It opens with Any Store AI Chat ready in App embeds.

   Turn it on and pick a Widget position.

   Select Save

Custom websites#

A Custom website store shows a one-line script tag instead, with a Next.js tab, and its Products.

Embed code#

For Shopify themes without app embeds.

   Select Copy on the Embed code card.

   Paste the code just before the closing body tag in your store's theme.

   Publish the theme, then check the Setup panel.

The code looks like this. Copy yours from the dashboard, since it holds your store's own ids and key.

Set position to 'bottom-left' to move the chat to the left.

Check it's live#

The Setup panel shows three steps:

• Store connected: your store and its platform.
• Chat on your store: Connected once the chat is found on your store, or Not connected while it's waiting. It checks again by itself every few seconds. Select Check now to check straight away.
• First chat: shows Live after your first real shopper chat.
