Talk to usOne chat is one conversation, however many questions the customer asks in it (up to 20 messages). If the same customer comes back later and starts a fresh chat, that's a new conversation. Chats the assistant never replied to don't count.
We only check your limit when a new conversation starts, so a chat already in progress is never cut off mid-conversation. Once you're at your plan's monthly limit, new conversations pause until it resets or you upgrade.
Yes. Growth and Pro start with a 7-day free trial. You approve the plan in Shopify and pay nothing during the trial. Cancel in Shopify before it ends and you are never charged. The Free plan has no time limit.
Yes. Pick yearly on Shopify's plan page and get 2 months free: Growth is $149 a year and Pro $390. The same 7-day free trial applies. Your conversation allowance still resets every month.
The first 20 paying stores can pick a founding plan on Shopify's plan page: Growth $9.99 or Pro $29.99 a month, instead of $14.99 and $39, or $99 or $299 a year. The price stays while you stay subscribed, including switches between Growth and Pro. Cancel, uninstall or move to Free and it ends.
Yes. Pick a plan in Plan and usage and approve it in Shopify. Cancel in Shopify any time and you move to Free.
No. Install the Shopify app and switch the widget on in your theme editor's App Embeds panel. No code, no theme edits.
Free is for testing the assistant on one store. Growth adds brand voice, multi-store, and higher volume for stores with real traffic. Pro adds up to 10 stores and 5 team members, reports with CSV export, and the highest volume.
