Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Any Store AI (the "Service"), an AI-powered customer chat assistant for Shopify merchants. They are an agreement between you and Sumon Mondal, trading as FroGman, in Dhaka, Bangladesh ("we", "us"). By installing, connecting a store to, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Any Store AI connects to your Shopify store to answer customer questions, help customers find products, and assist with cart/checkout flows via an embeddable chat widget. The Service reads your products, policies, orders, checkouts and customers, and creates carts, discount codes and return requests on your behalf, within the permissions you approve in Shopify.

2. Fees and billing

For Shopify stores, paid plans are billed and collected entirely through Shopify's own billing system as part of your Shopify subscription, not by us directly. For a website outside Shopify, we bill you directly as agreed when we set up your account. We never see or store your payment card details. New accounts start on the Free plan. The Growth and Pro plans start with a 7-day free trial, and you are only charged if your paid plan is still active when the trial ends. You can change plans, view billing history, or cancel at any time from your Shopify admin, and cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund the current billing period.

3. Your account and store connection

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may disconnect your store at any time; doing so stops the Service from accessing your store's data going forward.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to violate applicable law, to misrepresent your business, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service's infrastructure.

5. Data and privacy

Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. AI-generated responses

The Service uses a large language model to generate customer-facing responses. While we apply guardrails, AI-generated text can occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing how the Service represents your store and for correcting any issues you notice.

7. Rewards programs

If you use the Service's rewards feature, the rewards program is yours. You configure it, set its terms for your customers, and are responsible for the program, those terms and the rewards you offer, including any laws that apply to them. Rewards are applied as Shopify discount codes or Shopify store credit in your store. We provide the tools that track and apply them and are not a party to your program or its terms with your customers.

8. Intellectual property

We own the Service's software, branding, and underlying technology. You retain full ownership of your store's content, product catalog, and customer data; using the Service does not transfer any of it to us. You grant us only the limited right to access and process that data as needed to operate the Service on your behalf, as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your store at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This does not remove any consumer protections you are entitled to under the mandatory laws of your own country of residence.
