Multiple stores

Connect more than one store to one account and manage them all from one dashboard. Go to Stores.

How many stores#

Free connects 1 store, Growth 3 and Pro 10. See Plans and billing.

Add a store#

   Select Connect store

   Pick Shopify or Custom website

   For Shopify, enter the store's myshopify.com domain, select Continue to Shopify and approve. For a website, see Custom website.

Each store has its own chat, knowledge base, settings and automations.

Switch stores#

Use the store switcher at the top of the dashboard. Settings pages show the store you picked. Inbox can show All stores or one store.

Pause a store#

Open the store's menu on Stores and select Pause. The assistant stops replying and that store's automations stop. The store stays connected. Select Resume to turn it back on.

Delete a store#

Only the account owner can delete a store. This permanently deletes the store, its widget key and all its conversations. It can't be undone. To add it back, reconnect it through Shopify.
