   Select Help at the bottom of the dashboard menu.

   Pick a Topic and the store it's about.

   Write a Subject and Message

   Add up to 3 screenshots, 3 MB each. You can paste one too.

   Select Send message

We reply by email. Keep Share account info on so we can help faster. It shares your account id and plan, the store, the page you came from and your browser. Never passwords, keys or tokens.

Can't sign in, or prefer email? Write to [email protected]. Include your store address so we can find your account.

See your requests#

Your requests on the Help page lists what you've sent and whether it's Open or Resolved.

Report a wrong answer#

In a test chat, select Send to support and tell us what's wrong. It sends us the test chat.
