Quick tour

After setup, a quick tour points out the main parts of the dashboard. It opens by itself once.

What it shows#

Six short pointers, one at a time:

• Inbox: chats from shoppers, and the ones waiting for you.
• Chat widget: how the chat looks and where it shows on your store.
• AI assistant: what it knows and how it answers.
• Marketing: emails that bring shoppers back.
• Search: jump to any page or setting.
• Docs and Help: guides are in Docs. Help is in the menu.

It ends with You're all set. On a phone, pointers for the menu show as cards in the middle of the screen, since the menu is closed.

Move through it#

• Select Next or Back, or use the arrow keys.
• Select Done on the last card.

Skip it#

Select Skip tour, or press Esc.

The tour shows once. Finished or skipped, it doesn't come back. Everything it points to is in the menu and in these docs.
