Your customers are asking. Are you answering fast enough?

It is 11pm. Someone has your product page open. They like it. They have one question: will this arrive before Friday?

They send it. Nobody is awake. They wait four minutes, close the tab, and buy something else.

You never see that sale. It does not show up as an abandoned cart. It does not show up anywhere.

## The questions are always the same

Look at your last fifty messages. Most of them are one of five things:

Does this ship to my area. Is it back in stock. Which size should I get. Where is my order. Can I return this.

None of these are hard. All of them need an answer within minutes, not hours. And all of them need live data — your real stock, your real shipping zones, your real order status.

## Fast answers are not enough

A bot that replies instantly with the wrong answer is worse than silence. If it says a product is in stock when it is not, you have created a refund and lost a customer.

That is why Any Store AI reads your live catalogue rather than a copy of it. When it says two left, there are two left.

## Where most stores stop

Delivery arrives. The conversation ends. The review never gets written, and the customer forgets you exist.

That last part is the expensive one. A returning customer costs you nothing to acquire. A new one costs whatever the ad network charges today.

## What to do this week

Read your last twenty customer messages. Count how many were one of those five questions. Then count how many took more than an hour to answer.

That number is your gap. Everything else is a detail.
