# Judge.me reviews

Judge.me sends your review request emails and publishes reviews on your store. Connect it to Any Store AI, and the assistant answers with your real reviews and shows star ratings in the chat.

## Get Judge.me

Don't have Judge.me yet? Install it from the [Shopify App Store](https://apps.shopify.com/judgeme), then turn on its review requests in Judge.me. You can also select **Get Judge.me** on the **Reviews** card in **Email automations**, or in the Judge.me window in Integrations.

## What shoppers see

- **In chat:** when a shopper asks about quality, fit or what people think, the assistant gives the product's rating, how many reviews it has and one or two short quotes. It only quotes real reviews, shows first names at most, and says so when a product has none yet.
- **Product cards** show the star rating, like ★ 4.8 (120).

## Connect

1. **Install Judge.me** on the same Shopify store, if it isn't yet.
2. **In Judge.me, go to Settings > Integrations > View API tokens.** Copy the **private** API token.
3. **In Any Store AI, go to Integrations > Judge.me** and paste it. Select **Connect**. We check it with Judge.me before saving it.

The token is included on Judge.me's free plan. If the token is refused, check that Judge.me is installed on this store and that you copied the private token, not the public one.

On Free, the Judge.me window explains that reviews in chat need Growth or Pro, with **View plans**. Review emails still work: they only need Judge.me.

## If something goes wrong

- **Needs attention** means Judge.me stopped accepting the token. Paste a new one, or select **Check connection** once it's fixed.
- If you move to Free, the card shows **Paused** and reviews leave the chat. Judge.me keeps sending its own review emails.
- **Disconnect** stops the assistant using your reviews. Judge.me keeps sending its own review emails.
